Labor Day Sale

What is Labor Day?

Labor Day is a United States federal holiday observed on the first Monday of September since 1884.

Historically, it began after the deaths of many workers associated with the U.S. military during the Pullman Strike. The president at the time, Grover Cleveland, helped pass legislation in record time, just six days after the strike, making Labor Day a national holiday.

In today’s society Labor Day marks the end of summer fun (so long BBQs), and the beginning of football season. So take the weekend to reflect, either on the great American workers or your great American summer.
